A residential fire broke out at 716 Libby St, Salina, NY on March 23, 2023, at around 5:57 PM. The Liverpool Fire Department responded to the scene and found that the fire was on the outside wall of the house, behind the siding. The firefighters quickly extinguished the flames and prevented the fire from spreading to the inside of the house. Liverpool Fire, requested National Grid report to the scene. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Minoa Fire Department Responds to Camper Fire in Town of Manlius On the evening of March 20th, the Minoa Fire Department responded to a report of a camper on fire next to a residence at 7346 Myers Rd in the Town of Manlius. Upon arrival, fire units discovered that the fire had spread to a second camper and a nearby garage. At this time, it is unknown if the camper was occupied at the time of the fire.

Syracuse Fire Department, Syracuse Police, and Syracuse Ambulance responded to an active structure fire at a 2-story residential building located at 343 Park St, Syracuse, NY. The incident occurred on Monday, March 20th, 2023, at around 6:04 PM. The fire was reported to be in progress, and emergency services were dispatched. The fire was reported by callers who saw black smoke coming from the roof and heavy fire on the left side of the building. The building is located on Park street between Merz Ave and Grumbach Ave. The fire was reported to be on the second floor of the building. Monday March 20th, a motor vehicle accident occurred on Onondaga Lake Parkway around 1 PM. A Tractor trailer traveling Westbound towards the village of Liverpool struck the railroad bridge over the parkway. Fortunately, the driver was not injured, according to the report from the scene. 

The impact of the tractor trailer colliding with the railroad bridge was significant, resulting in the destruction of the vehicle and scattering of its contents and pieces of the trailer. The force of the collision caused superficial damage to the bridge.

On the evening of March 19, 2023, a search and rescue operation was launched by the New York State Police, Apulia Fire Department, Lafayette Fire Department, and Fabius Fire Department, for a mother and her 7-year-old child who went missing in the area of Tinker Falls State Park. Reports suggested that the two might be in the water, possibly on a tree with their two dogs.

The Tinker Falls State Park is a popular tourist destination known for its hiking trails and waterfalls, particularly the Tinker Falls, which is about 50 feet (15 meters) high. The waterfall is formed by a small stream that has cut a gorge through shale, providing a stunning view of nature.
